This warm and inviting property welcomes you into a sylish living and dining area. The eye is immediatly drawn to glimpses of the sparkling ocean from the spacious terrace, inviting you to relax and unwind with barbeque and outdoor dining. The galley style kitchen is adjacent to the living area and overlooks the terrace. Completing this level is the second bedroom, which can be made up as a king or twin room if requested in advance. There is also a large bathroom and laundry.

On the second level you will find a cosy nook with sofa, perfect for relaxing with a good book or snoozing in front of a film. The beautiful master bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a large soaker bathtub. There is a generous balcony on this level which offers ocean views and a secluded space to take in the refreshing sea breeze. This property sleeps four and is ideal for two couples or a small family.

The property has an outdoor shower by the entrance and ample secure parking in the large garage.

Only minutes walk from famous Watego's beach and a short drive to Byrons town centre, where you will find fabulous eateries, adventurous beach activities, as well as unique shopping and boutiques.
