"The staff was incredible and very accommodating. The facility was extremely clean, smelled nice and was nicely modernized. The only reason I scored lower on property conditions is the water slide was out of order however the pool was clean the water was a good temperature. "

"It was truly a wonderful experience! The suite exceeded my expectations, offering a remarkable amount of space and stunning decor that made me feel right at home. One downside, however, was the inadequate soundproofing between the rooms, likely a result of the building's. architecture. The noise level was quite noticeable; I could hear the rustling of the shades in the neighboring rooms, the footsteps of guests moving about, and even the faint sounds of doors shutting and sinks running. Despite this auditory distraction, I can't stress enough how delightful everything else was—truly an exceptional stay!"

"This hotel staff was lovely and helpful for my stay! I only was disappointed to learn that the jacuzzi/hot tub was out of order as this was a factor in my decision to book this hotel compared to others nearby. Overall had a good experience here but would change a few aspects. "

"My only complaint is the room wasn't stocked with coffee and towels for 4 people. There were only 2 towels, 2 regular coffee pods, and 2 cups but we were a group of 4. We were able to get extras from the front desk. Staff was very friendly. "
