"The house was fantastic. MGM Properties was a disaster - literally. The house was easy to stay at, accommodated our group well, in a great location. It was exactly what we wanted. We came home from lunch to a floor full of water. A leak in the main floor bathroom was dripping about 1 gallon ever 3 hours. We contacted the management company and heard nothing back from them for nearly 10 hours. Meanwhile, the water damaged the ceiling in the basement because we couldn't stop the flow. We contacted...
