"Disappointing there was no restaurant or gym but otherwise a great stay. Also using the code to access after 5pm was a pain as I twice left the code inside and had to wait for someone else to open the gate. A swipe pass would be better. "

This means there is no check in at reception, rather the key is in a key safe on balcony outside the room, where you enter a 5 digit code provided via email from the manager. "The property certainly has a Bali flavour. Our room was spotless. We appreciated the laundry facilities as we had no housekeeping .The pool felt overly warm but this is the tropics. The front reception did not have answers to many of our local questions. "
