2 bedroom house with ceiling fans, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, balcony with hammocks, table and chairs; Pay TV, Wi-Fi, backyard with parking space for 3 cars. Super quiet and familiar place.
We are very close to the most beautiful beaches of Cabo Frio and if you want to go to Buzios too ... our house is already on the way. Below are some distances:
2km - Dunas do Peró Beach
6km - Bikini Street
7km - Peró Shopping and Peró Beach
8km - Japanese Island and Conchas Beach

A casa é igualmente como nas fotos, possui todos os utensilios necessarios para uma estadia e a regiao fica proximo as prais de CB e Buzios. Silvia esteve sempre disponível para contato e foi muito gentil e cortês. Recomendo.

Ficamos por alguns dias com a família e amamos, a casa é muito aconchegante tem de tudo que precisamos principalmente para quem gosta de cozinhar,muito limpinha e confortável ,perto de várias praias de carro é rapidinho...A Sílvia tbem foi muito atenciosa ... Quando voltarmos a Cabo frio a casa da Silvia será novamente nossa hospedagem ...

NATAL EM CABO FRIO 2019

Casa muitíssimo boa, aconchegante e tranquila. Passamos e natal em família e foi ótimo. Tem mercadinhos próximos onde tem tudo que precisa nele. Tivemos um dos melhores atendimento pelos donos...Sylvia muito atenciosa e preocupada com o nosso bem estar. De carro as praias são todas próximas e de fácil acesso (Cabo Frio, Buzios e Arraial). Tem a Dunas do Peró que dá pra ir andando, leva 20 minutos. Se for de Uber para as praias é melhor reservar um dinheirinho. Custa em torno de 18,00 a 40,00 dependendo da praia. Tem ônibus praticamente na porta da casa, mas é demorado, então carro e Uber são as melhores opções.

Fantástica!!

Adoramos nos hospedar na casa da Silva, realmente é da mesma forma que vemos nas fotos. Detalhe pra quem vai com intenção de cozinhar é um espetáculo, cozinha bem completa, não senti falta de nada. Lugar extremamente tranquilo e silencioso, próximo das principais praias. Silvia responde rápido todas as dúvidas e principalmente da dicas de passeios e até de restaurante, pra quem precisa. Férias em Cabo Frio

A casa é muito boa, em uma rua bastante sossegada. Não tivemos nenhum contratempo e ficamos bem a vontade na casa, que possui praticamente tudo que é necessário para o dia a dia normal. A senhora Sílvia, apesar de não a termos encontrado pessoalmente, sempre esteve à disposição pelo telefone, cordial, flexível, atenciosa e justa. Ótima estadia!
