Armando from Pueblo Bonito Sunset checked in a couple of days before the trip, ensured our shuttle was ready for pick up and also supported with seamless checkin, reservations at the resort. The food is good and staff are friendly however, at times we had to wait over 30mins for a gulf cart. Our room had an awful smell and after going back and forth with customer service, they moved us to a less desirable room, which had toilet issues. Besides that, we loved it there and will probably be going back.

The service at the market was bad. Sat at a table for over 30 minutes without being offered any drinks or silverware. Toilet paper was scented, shower heads had bad pressure, and the water never stayed warm for long. It’s a great place just outdated a bit
