"We had a lovely time at this villa, very clean and modern property with beautiful outside space. Faultless experience! Only thing to mention is that Cala Pi itself seems to be struggling this year with many bars and restaurants closed in peak August summer holiday season . Obviously this is no fault of the owners and the one restaurant open was very good (Sa Terrassa) but it was a shame there weren’t more options available in walking distance. Thanks for a great holiday! "

"We had an awesome time at this house. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Enjoy all the plants and trees and quietness. The house is gorgeous. We cook many delicious meal in the kitchen and enjoy the outdoor sitting. Location is very great walking distance to a small beach. Short drive to many other little coves. Short few minutes drive to any grocery stores . The host is very friendly and accommodating. our family members already looking forward to book again and return back"

"Excellent location next to one of the best beaches in Mallorca. The house is perfect for a small family and is very comfortable. The rooftop patio and lovely yard were very enjoyable. Melanie, the property manager, was very kind and responsive. Ingo, the owner, was also super responsive and great to deal with. The only thing we wish we knew in advance was that you cannot drink or cook with the tap water, but it wasn’t a huge issue to purchase water to use. Would definitely recommend and we hope...

We live this place so much and thinking to come back very soon . Although we mostly used the outside areas for dining and chilling , the inside is very modern . "We stayed here for a climbing / dws trip. The villa was in a great location just a short walk to the beach, shops and bars. The area is relatively quiet with just enough restaurants and a shop, and a beautiful setting - es pontas just a walk away and lots more within a short drive’s distance. The villa was spotless with lots of communal areas for entertaining. The terrace was a perfect location for some morning yoga and the pool was also great after a long day in the sun. "

"Leider war unser Aufenthalt nicht wie erhofft. Zuerst das Positive: Die Lage ist super, man braucht nur 10 Minuten bis zum Strand (zu Fuß). Die Finka wurde auch teils renoviert und macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck. Was auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen ist, dass direkt nebenan eine Baustelle ist. The 3 beds that are described as “ king” were 2 foam single bed mattresses on 2 platforms pushed together. There was one single throw like sheet for a cover.
