The Aurea hotel was beautiful. It started right from the moment we walked into the hotel. We were offered complimentary drinks by the manager. He was so outgoing and super friendly! The room itself was absolutely stunning. We did not have the opportunity to swim in the pool because there is so much to see in Lisbon. However, we did go look at it and wished we had more time there.

"The hotel was very nice, large rooms, all of the amenities. The staff however, while friendly and aiming to please, were not well trained. The majority seemed very young and inexperienced. When I voiced my concerns with the front desk, they went out of their way to make up for the short-comings."
