"This hotel is nice and is right on the beach. Don't listen to the negative reviews. Of course it needs to be remodeled but who cares. The room was nice, bed was soft, hot water, food was great, drinks were so good, location was perfect. A grocery store is a short 10 min walk. The hotel staff was so nice it was my birthday and they treated me like royalty. I will book this hotel again it saved me thousands of dollars compared to the other hotels."

"Getting to the hotel by airport taxi was fairly easy. The room was cleaned every day, I enjoyed my aromatherapy back massage at the hotel spa. Most of my breakfast was at the restaurant on the English harbor and enjoyed that too. I had a lovely balcony room overlooking the harbor so that was nice! I would definitely visit again sometime in the future!"

"We stayed here for 3 nights prior to going next door to Sandals. We loved our stay here! It was quiet and clean. We did the circumnavigation tour on our second day. The pool was a nice spot to hang out. The room was HUGE. The staff was very friendly. It was super easy to get a quick cab ride up the hill to Sandals when we checked out. We will definitely come back if ever we come back to Antigua. "
