You get what you pay for at this location. The front desk associate at check-in was very stern and made it very clear of all the rules that needed to be followed. She also felt the need to remind me of where ME and my animals *that I DO NOT have* needed to deficate. $100 deposit required at check-in, hopefully no issues getting that back but I will update this review if so. It appears they attempted to update the rooms about as well as a bad landlord with the painted receptacles and light switches. Linen had stains, exhaust fan was barely hanging on the ceiling, and the bed was not comfortable.

This is a basic facility, but it was very clean, recently redone, comfortable and in a safe area. Coffee in lobby and no breakfast, but you know that up front and the price was very reasonable. Friendly staff.

The staff could work their welcoming hospitality. The room's floor were filthy. Your feet got dirty as soon as you took your shoes off. Called to the front desk about it.They said there was no one there to come clean.They did not offered any other help. We had to use our hand towels that were provided in the rooms to mop the floors. Just to keep our feet clean. The room was nice other otherwise. Most of the time it was quiet, but there were early morning departures at three a m, yelling and screaming. And another departure at five thirty banging and dropping stuff and very talking loud. Other than that it was fairly quiet. The hotel surroundings were quite quaint.

Checkin/Checkout was easy. The bed was very comfortable. The room was sufficient and clean. The bathroom was clean but needed some upgrades. Biggest negative was the unexpected deposit of $100 which was not mentioned during the booking process or included in the Hotels.com itinerary. The deposit will apparently be reimbursed within 5-7 business days. If we had not been so tired we would have looked into other arrangements.

We stayed there two nights, it was a motel at a really good price no extra frills. But it was clean and quiet! It was recently remodeled so it was very nice!

Awful experience. Go next door instead.
Check in was easy and the clerk friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The room was bare, 2 towels, no coffee fixings, only 1 key allowed. The bed squeaked horribly and woke up everyone every time I moved. The air conditioner was extremly loud. We got very little sleep. Late check out was not available even though there were very few guests. For a 2nd night we went next door to the Quality Inn, they were GREAT!
