Bwythan Bach is a little out the way in that you need to get in the car to dine out etc.
Bwythan Bach is a little out the way in that you need to get in the car to dine out etc. the up-side being it's nice and quiet! The party wall to the adjoining property would benefit from some sound-proofing but as it's only the bedroom and the neighbours were very quiet it wasn't a problem.
The co-joined semi-derelict house is an interesting project but again didn't detract from our stay although in the summer months a private patio/garden/washing line area would be be handy.
The cottage was absolutely spotlessly clean and well equipped - in fact there's probably more gadgets in the kitchen cupboards then we have at home! Unfortunately it didn't leave a lot of space for food.
The first floor lounge is a great feature and very comfortable but if you're a TV addict you may prefer a larger screen - perfectly adequate for us, though.
The bathroom layout is a bit of a challenge particularly if you're tall but it does the job and as we were only there for three nights it was fine.
Never did find the guest book and the information pack was a bit sparse in that the only eating out venue mentioned was a local pub that's now closed and up for sale - can thoroughly recommend the Tavern-on-the-Bay on Angelsey!
The books and attraction leaflets are in a built-in cupboard behind the bedroom door that we didn't find until the morning we left!
All-in-all well worth a visit, good spot for touring Anglesey and the Llun Peninsular and very comfortable.
