"Service is exceptional, attitude of the staff is great and easy to approach. Cleanliness is very good, housekeeping did a very good job. "Staff not friendly and rude"

"The place is big for my whole family. The staff are nice and they love the room service."

"We had the :penthouse suite 2 bedroom. The bedrooms have good A/C, the rest of the suite does not have A/C. It is very spavious with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and a large patio. The kitchen had everything we needed except silverware, which we could not locate - hard to eat without that. The hotel is located over a 7-11 convenience store. The hotel is 15 min ftom the airport & transportation to the airport was provided - wonderful! There are no restaurants in walking distance....

"The bathroom gets flooded after taking a shower. Receptionist did not cooperate calling shuttle bus to the airport coz she has her own contact and she gets commission. Hotel should coordinste with shuttle pick up"
