"Everyone working was super friendly! If you are paying to park on property, you have to check in first. This is a bit inconvenient as there's no good way to park to check in. Had to pull in front of hotel in the pick up zone and it took a while to check in due to volume of guests compared to staff. "This was a nice hotel in a good location, but none of the hotel restaurants or bars were open so that was a bummer. I also didn't enjoy the club music from somewhere nearby thumping till 6 am (Friday night). Super convneient to City Museum and dining options were plentiful. "

"The room and hotel were wonderful! The room felt very luxurious. The staff were great and very nice. The only problem was the parking. It's either around $40 a day for parking in a garage across the street/behind the building or a little more for valet. The car won't be visible at all from your room. "The staff was great especially the valet. Our car was ready and waiting each time. We were able to drive right up with no line. Front desk was prompt to take care of our needs. Room was very dusty but bed super comfy. Pillows a bit hard and not comfy. Liked that hotel was not crowded. "
