"Chuveiro não funciona direito, depois de um minuto a água fica fria! Não havia toalhas suficientes e quando pedimos nos deram toalhas rasgadas! O lençol da cama também estava rasgado, o tapete do banheiro estava sujo e não havia toalha de rosto. O quarto também estava sem acabamento em algumas partes e não havia cabides. I left two items at the rental property, but they only discovered one of them, and it just so happened to be a pair of expensive yoga pants. "The first room I was assigned had a very awkward bathroom design/space. The frigobar was rusty and the rooms only have one small trashcan in the bathroom. If you don't leave your key with the front desk, your room does not get maid service. The wifi was reliable. The breakfast was awkwardly set up. I only ate there 2 of the days during my stay because I didn't care for the menu. The restaurant is on the top floor and the pool is on the ground floor next to the parking. It seems opposite to me....
