We traveled with 2 kids aged 7 and 8 and we really liked the fact that the pool had the perfect depth where the kids could play freely without the fear of drowning. "A lovely hotel with clean rooms. It was in a great location for the beach and centre of town. There were a variety of food options too. The only negative encounter that we had was with an elderly waiter who was rude and pressurised us into buying drinks at the meal. His customer service skills were abrupt and he came across as being rude. However, all other staff were fantastic and the hotel itself was great. The kids Animation Team for the children was also brilliant. "

"Our second Christmas at this hotel and we are not disappointed. We had a lovely relaxed stay and have been fed very well (half board). The thing that made our stay really special is the hotel’s staff. We can not praise them enough! Always smiling, friendly and happy to help. Few little extras from the hotel itself was a nice surprise as well (some Christmas treats, free mini bar etc)"
