I came to Mallorca for a week of cycling. The hotel was located in a great area of the island for the routes I wanted to tackle. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly. The room was comfortable and felt 'new' - and there was room for me and my bike (unlike some European hotel rooms!). Would definitely stay there again.

A huge highlight was the guest experience manager- Mari, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay—always available with recommendations, assistance, and a genuine enthusiasm for making our visit memorable. Every corner of the hotel exudes elegance and thoughtfulness, and the level of care put into guest satisfaction is outstanding. The staff were very helpful and nice specially Francesco, but they don’t have a bell boy to help with the bags. The taxis are limited in this area but the receptionists helped us get one whenever we needed but you’ll wait about 20-30 min. The rooms don’t have noise cancellation at all you can hear the room next to you if they’re talking
