"Ok, the view is very nice. That is what you pay for. Second to none. The beach is also nice. Not for kids however and you only get 2 beach chairs and 2 foam maddrasses so if you are a larger party you will have to share. The house is ok. Likely built in the 80ties and not renovated since. But everything is clean and in working condition. Electrical is not great. Power goes off regularly and you need to reset it at the gate to the driveway. And forget to use AC and any other appliance such as...

"Everything about this cottage was stellar, the views, the amenities, the location. We were disappointed at the surrounding property has been impacted by drought or other neglect, so the vineyards were dead, and the olive trees under stress. The club and pool were never promised, but we hoped they might be available to us. Ocean access was via a rough path and very limited. Overall, I highly recommend this listing, but encourage transparency about the current conditions."
