"Quick two night to enjoy a different part of the the island. It's a slightly dated and quirky hotel with friendly staff and great breakfasts. The gardens are a good feature but could use a bit of attention. The pools are not big but are pleasant, though can be crowded around. The spa is good but the pool isn't for swimming. All told, a lovely stay. Room was very good."

"The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was exceptionally nice. However, they said nothing about the lousy parking around the hotel, which was only street parking, meaning no parking lot. Well, one day a slew of hotel guest were slammed with 80 Euro parking tickets. 80 Euros! Oh, they were very nice to accept 40 Euros if you paid cash within 15 days. No way, Jose!"

"We stayed in a premium room for 3 nights. It was good value and had a fridge which was very welcome. It was clean and quiet with a nice balcony. Bed was fairly comfortable though not the best. Daily maid service was very good. Buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent with gourmet options. Parking wasn't too bad, round the block. Only slight disappointment were the patchy internet and lack of UK TV channels."

This hotel caters to a large German visitor base, so everything is in German and got are greeted in German by reception staff which is a little weird if you're not German like us. "Really nice hotel, family really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good quality (omelette station and fresh pastries personal favourites) , food at bar not over priced and good quality and location was perfect (close to many restaurants and beach not far). Indoor swimming was a great option as was heated (outdoor was not heated but kids didn’t seem to mind). We also enjoyed playing table tennis in between swimming and chilling at the pool. We would go back again for sure as thought it was very good value. "

"The hotel was friendly and clean, the staff were helpful. The room was well aid out and spacious this particular room did not have a proper shower tray with a door or a towel rail which would have been better. The balcony view of this room was to the rear of the hotel no pleasant gardens or anything just views out over residential properties and the car park which can be a little noisy at times with cars and dogs barking etc. "

Great stay but don’t expect 5 star hotel

"Honestly really shocked at these reviews! This hotel is totally worth the amount you are paying. Got locked out of the hotel and they were quick to answer a very late night phone call to help us out. While it does get pretty warm in the rooms, I have had troubles with this in every place I’ve stayed as it is so hot right now. Like I said - it’s great for the price (the room, safety, location, etc), but do not go in expecting a 5 star sweet. Overall, would totally stay again (as two young travelers)!"
