"We stayed in a premium room for 3 nights. It was good value and had a fridge which was very welcome. It was clean and quiet with a nice balcony. Bed was fairly comfortable though not the best. Daily maid service was very good. Buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent with gourmet options. Parking wasn't too bad, round the block. Only slight disappointment were the patchy internet and lack of UK TV channels."

"Well located hotel close to main street in Cala Agulla. This hotel caters to a large German visitor base, so everything is in German and got are greeted in German by reception staff which is a little weird if you're not German like us. Good variety at breakfast however, we could hear chairs scraping across the floor below is from early morning as the breakfast room filled up (our suite room was directly above the breakfast room) so this didn't make for a relaxing lie-in. "Our stay at Rafa Nadal Residence was superb! Everything was amazing! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Facilities were exceptional! Buffet breakfast was also superb! The food were all delicious and lots of food and drink selections. Though the place is so big, its easy access to anywhere. Daily housekeeping was great too! They always ensured our room was clean and bed was organised when we get back. Overall, our stay was wonderful. "

"Our second Christmas at this hotel and we are not disappointed. We had a lovely relaxed stay and have been fed very well (half board). The thing that made our stay really special is the hotel’s staff. We can not praise them enough! Always smiling, friendly and happy to help. "A three night stay at this hotel and their service truly blew me away. Pro-active and extremely considerate. As an example, I arrived late on Thursday evening and even though I had missed dinner they offered to bring to my room some food. It consisted of a large and delicious salad, a charcuterie plate with cheese, bread rolls and fruit. Then on the day of my departure, as I was leaving very early they offered me an early breakfast. "The Hotel Can Moragues is fantastic! It's a small hotel in the heart of Arta with tons of restaurants, cafes, and bars within 5 min walk. The breakfast buffet is incredible! They have a selection of healthy, homemade treats, coffee, cheese, and bread; additionally, their chef cooks your favorite eggs upon request. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and clean. "Really nice hotel, family really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good quality (omelette station and fresh pastries personal favourites) , food at bar not over priced and good quality and location was perfect (close to many restaurants and beach not far). Indoor swimming was a great option as was heated (outdoor was not heated but kids didn’t seem to mind). We also enjoyed playing table tennis in between swimming and chilling at the pool. We would go back again for sure as thought it was very good value. "

"The hotel was friendly and clean, the staff were helpful. The room was well aid out and spacious this particular room did not have a proper shower tray with a door or a towel rail which would have been better. The balcony view of this room was to the rear of the hotel no pleasant gardens or anything just views out over residential properties and the car park which can be a little noisy at times with cars and dogs barking etc. "

"For us, being away from the resort areas of Port Alcudia / Alcudia was a priority. We loved our evenings sat on our balcony with a sea view and cocktails and the peace that comes from being away from the hustle and bustle of the shopping areas. The cook needs to learn that some English people do speak Spanish, so when makes up her own version of cocktails and comments to her colleagues that the we don't know any different is not as funny as she thinks. Her generosity with the free pouring of booze makes up for her rudeness... Kinda. Breakfast is good value for money, but don't expect hot fried eggs, or a full cup of anything to drink. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped, even if it took us 4 days to find the kettle. turns out it's worth forcing that one cupboard door that doesn't open. Shower was great, although I'd say the hose and head are ready for an upgrade in apt 105. Overall great value for money and we intend to return, but will be upgrading to a villa for the late evening sun that the apartments don't get."

"Quick two night to enjoy a different part of the the island. It's a slightly dated and quirky hotel with friendly staff and great breakfasts. The gardens are a good feature but could use a bit of attention. The pools are not big but are pleasant, though can be crowded around. The spa is good but the pool isn't for swimming. All told, a lovely stay. Room was very good."
