"We were told upon arrival of “big problem with mosquitos” which prevented use of the patio and still bitten constantly. Location was completely residential with local shops/cafes2-3 kilometres away. We had a car but so ok but too far to stroll for a coffee. Not good value for money. Compact apartment ok but dated and no microwave washing machine or dishwasher. "Nice and clean place, wonderful sunsets! Little shop nearby with great coffee and cake! The beach Cala Tarida is in walking distance but down and uphill, it is recommended not to carry everything with you (not easy with kids). "

"The apartment was just as described and was very clean & comfortable. The air conditioning was a godsend as it was very hot weather, and the outside space was good, with shady & sunny areas. The huge swimming pool was superb and never busy, a real bonus. The complex itself was well maintained though we found it a good 20 minute walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. Communication with Andy, the owner and Karina the local representative was easy & they were both very helpful and friendly."

"This place was incredible. Top floor with a great balcony. Location was perfect - right in the middle of plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. Taxi stand just down the street if you are trying to get to the other side of the island. Apartment was modern with a large living room to host. Alex was very easy to get ahold of and was hospitable above the norm. I highly recommend this location. Will stay here again next trip!"
