A Country Escape GETAWAY! Located 15
Min south of Calgary, 10 min to Okotoks and 20 min from Spruce Meadows. An old European country charm home, walkout bungalow with a loft. Drive through the gate on a paved driveway. Walk the paved walkways in the park and enjoy the scenery as it’s situated on a coulee with spectacular mountain views. Sit out of the large deck overlooking the valley in comfortable outdoor sofas and read a book or entertain and dine at the outdoor dinning table. Large open kitchen, fully stocked and with oversized fridge and double wall ovens. Open to dinning room with magnificent views of the valley and living room area with a real wood burning fireplace. Also a separate dining room for more formal dinning. The home is surrounded by large mature trees and has equestrian set up with two large paddocks and 4 indoor stalls in a heated barn. Enjoy some relaxation in an indoor hot tub or relax by a large fire pit outside. The coulee has a train track so you will hear the sound of the train horn from time to time. This home has tile, hardwood laminate and carpet flooring throughout, lots of wooden and stone features bringing you back in time to Old European luxury and charm with modern amenities. This home has AC for those hot summer days/nights and heated floors downstairs for the cold days. Come stay for Spruce Meadows events or just for a weekend get away to the country.

Beautiful Countryside Home
My Wife and I got married at a nearby venue and wanted to have a nice getaway weekend vacation from our home to celebrate the big day. This house was the perfect setting for us. The House is beautiful and located on a very nice landscaped property boasting a lovely sunset view from the back upper patio. It was located just outside of Calgary half way to okotoks so it was easy to run and get groceries or any items we needed. The house was very clean and had all the items you would need to prepare food. We loved that the owner allowed pets so that we could bring our dog with us and there was a dog run properly fenced off to ensure our pup couldnt escape. At night we were even lucky enough to have an owl land on top of a tree right in front of us while we were enjoying the stars. Anna was very responsive and welcomed us by giving us a tour of her home. She was great to deal with and made us feel very welcome. I hope to make this part of our anniversaries in the future. Thank you Anna for sharing you most beautiful home with us!

Tranquil setting
This was the perfect place to relax and spend with family. There is lots of room in the house to prepare food, eat, and visit. Although the property is large, there are very few places to walk. This was solved by driving (12 minutes) into Okotoks with many walking paths and playgrounds for children. The mattresses were ‘tired’ but the bedrooms were large and welcoming. Our family fondly called it ‘The Castle’. It was a magical place to stay. We felt the host went ‘above and beyond’ to make our family stay wonderful.
