The reason I choose this hotel was to stay at the nights before an early flight. At check in I was told I hadn’t prepaid for parking which I had on Expedia. The man at the desk said not to worry call Expedia and that I could pay the next morning $10 a night for parking while away. 1 hour with customer service Expedia they finally refunded my parking payment. The next morning I went to meet the shuttle and pay for my parking only to be told management didn’t allow long term ( 4 nights ) parking. It was 4 am and I had two kids that I then had to load up drive to find other parking. Absolutely terrible customer service and a joke. They also didn’t have a shuttle ready and said it doesn’t run that early and could call a taxi, which again was not what I was told at check in. I would not recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay leave and leave a vehicle while away.

Upon arrival both beds in the rooms had soiled /stained sheets…. I immediately went to desk for a new room…. Not even one apology and we got a new room. When we arrived into the new room it also has soiled linens… for a room with two queens beds we only got 2 towels. Towels were also stained and there was hair on bathroom floor. At this point it was 10:00pm and we had a super early flight so I was over asking for a new room.when we asked the front desk for a wine glass and bottle opener they also didn’t have that. The breakfast was the only thing in that hotel that was decent! We will never stay here again

My two sons and 1 stayed here while my son had a drs appointment. We stayed 2 nights. Upon arrival the front counter worker was very rude and wouldn’t listen and just demanding me to pay my entire stay at that moment. I had no problem paying my deposit, but he insisted my entire stay plus deposit needed to be paid. We got into our room finally after driving 9 hours. Room looked neat and tidy. I went to brush my teeth and noticed hair in the sink. I told my son to pull back his blankets and sure enough the bed was filthy and sheets had blood on them. I pulled the blankets back on my bed and the sheets were stained and pillows were covered in hair. I immediately called the front desk, the gentleman asked what I wanted done. I told him a new room and I was told no. I said I wanted clean bedding then. So he brought 1 set of the wrong sized bedding. So I made my son’s bed so they could Atleast have a clean bed set. The next day I approached the new front desk staff and she was mortified(she was also very great)! She sent 2 house keepers who were also amazing upstairs. I was under the impression management would be in contact with me that day and nothing. Later on the evening we needed to shower, we only had two towels in our room. So my oldest went downstairs to grab us towels. They gave him two STAINED pool towels! Management still hasn’t returned my phone calls or anything! I could’ve went elsewhere but me and my kids had already paid for our hotel upon check in.
