Hotel itself is an amazing experience, rooms are well appointed and clean. However the attached restaurant the "Yellow Door" has lost a step. We had a dinner and it lasted over 3 hours, we were constantly left waiting on drinks, and the tasting menu was lack lustre. Stay at the hotel arts but book elsewhere for food.

We loved and appreciated the free upgradeed room located on the 11th floor. Nice and friendly staff at check-in and out. I mentioned to staff once the upcoming birthday of my husband. They greeted my husband very nicely. Our room was high enough to view the top part of the beautiful Calgary Tower at night. Their underground parking is very much appreciated. We only have a minor suggestion with the shower head. If it was a movable one, it will work much better for us. Thank you.
