This is a 4 level split home which provides a unique experience at each level.

Level 1 - Bedroom, Family space, Pool table, Air hockey, Ping Pong
Level 2 - Bar, Full Bathroom, Living Room
Level 3 - 2nd Living Room, Dinning Room with Kitchen
Level 4 - Bedrooms, Office Space and 2x Full Bathrooms

Guest access - Entire property except the garage
No Unauthorized events allowed at the property.

1) Please book for number of guests that will be attending the property. This includes any visitors!! Automatic fine and charges will apply.
2) Jet Ski, Pedal Boat, Kayaks and Paddle-boards are available to rent for an extra per stay fee. Please reach out to us for more info. This is available until Oct 14th.
3) There are three security outdoor cameras. Looking out the front parking, ground level patio and dock (not the hot tub).
4) Firewood is not provided. You can easily get it from closest gas station and grocery store.
5) Please be respectful of the neighbors. Absolutely, no loud noise anytime. This is a residential area.
6) Printed copies of guest manual is provided at the property. Please follow the rules! For latest info always follow online link provided at time of booking.
7) Guaranteed early check in for 2pm available at $99. Free early check in depends on house availability.
8) Propane is not provided for the heater. If it is empty, please replace it with a full one as needed from gas station.
9) Absolutely no external speaker allowed to be brought to the property. Forfeit of DD applied.
10) Automatic fines applied for disturbance.

Beautiful property and location
My family and I stayed at this property over New Year's Eve, and it was absolutely fantastic! The house is perfect for a large family, with plenty of space to accommodate everyone comfortably. The entertainment options were a major highlight, we enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table, and the relaxing hot tub. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a fun and memorable getaway.

Property is older, but in good shape..Cons: Could use a Reno in the next year..Back deck is spongy in a few places, master bath tub doesn’t drain properly, or drains very slowly..could definitely use a thorough cleaning; baseboards, lower cupboard doors were dirty. Family room mini fridge couldn’t even be used as there was so much ice build up, the freezer door wouldn’t close..Pros: Property manager is awesome! Very on spot and helpful. We asked if there would be a Christmas tree up, and he brought in 2 4 1/2 ft ones for us.. Kitchen was great, brand new fridge..Beautiful area, very close to everything.

This property is absolutely stunning! Niyush and Kirat were the most amazing hosts, truly more than we expected! We hosted our non-profit launch event in the backyard of this property and everyone told us to ensure we book here again next year! Everyone also asked for the booking link so they can book the property themselves as well. The property was extremely clean, lots of activities for the kids and adults. Though the lake and backyard were picturesque, the home itself is also amazing, comfortable and included everything we could possible need. It was perfect, we will definitely be booking here again next year and for many years to come. A huge thank you to the hosts on behalf of all my friends and family. Thank you for such a magical experience!

We celebrated my husbands 40th birthday at Niyush’s property and everyone had a blast! We set up a bouncy castle for the kids, and the adults ended the night with a fire and hot tub time! Overall, everyone was happy! Host was also easy to communicate with and responded immediately!

Altho the lake was a little weedier than we expected we still enjoyed this location. Lots of water toys supplied. The house is beautiful and well equipped. The host was great and met us when we arrived to help us learn how to use the jet ski.

My wife, kids and myself had an amazing weekend looking out onto Chestermere lake. We were able to enjoy a jetski, kayak, paddle board, trampoline, lifesize chess and many other things. We will most definitely be returning!

Wonderful experience
The house is well appointed, and the beachfront yard is wonderful. Overall, it was a quiet stay, the way we like it. You get the benefit of a really nice home instead of a rustic cottage that is nonetheless on the lake. We will come back.

Nice little paradise in Chestermere
Truly enjoyed our stay here. Booked it for my partner’s 40th bday to celebrate with some friends and family from out of town. Had everything we possibly needed. We live in Calgary but it somehow didn’t even feel like we were just 30 min outside Calgary. Backyard was perfect for some outdoor volley ball (we brought our own net). The lake was so beautiful. We used their paddle board and kayak. Would recommend.

Amazing worthwhile experience
NK Paradise was amazing. Although it rained when we stayed and didn't really get to enjoy the outdoors there were still plenty of things for my family to do indoors. The place was clean, has all the amenities we needed and has the best view we've seen in a while. Communication was very fast and easy and check-in was a breeze as well. For a place that's 15 mins outside of the city this place was really impressive and felt like we were somewhere remote. Will definitely come back and book a much hotter month so we get to enjoy what the outside has to offer. Thank you again for everything Niyush!

Great Beach Front Property for Large Family - Fun & Games
It’s an older home but well maintained with several levels! Quite a unique property!! Very nicely decorated in main living room floor with huge dining area. Lots to do at this property with beach front access to Lake Chestermere. Games room, huge trampoline, beach toys, hot tub, bbq etc. very large deck area with lots of lounging chairs and fire pit area. Great place to get away and enjoy some time at the lake with friends and family. Enjoyed our stay!

Great house with everything you need and more for a fun get togethers! We didn't stay long enoigh to enjoy the place to the fullest. Beautiful backyard with access to the lake and lots of outdoor activities. Big indoor space to be creative with your celebration, lots of activities, and enough sleeping space for everyone. I had a get-together with a few friends for my birthday and the place was great. Cool game room, lots of beds for people to sleep, nice hot tub, and all things needed in the kitchen. Niyush always responded promptly and was very nice!
