Great location along the Bow River and access to the river walk. Comfortable and quiet (for the city) accomodations.

Overall good option to stay in Calgary, river front and walking around is great. some issue with noise, which I dealt with using earplugs. Some appliances are somewhat old but working well, host is very good communicator, would stay again for sure!
We had a great 3-night stay here. The check-in process was very easy, the apartment was spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped. This was a fabulous location, it was walking distance from all the sights (Calgary Tower, 17th Ave, Stephen Avenue, Peace Bridge). Would definitely stay here again!
The place was clean and spacious, check in process was easy and the location is convenient and a short drive to everywhere I needed to go for stampede. Great view from the patio of the Bow River as well!
I really enjoyed my time here - the perfect spot to act as home base while exploring Calgary, and everything was clean and easy. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe here.
Great little place with super view of the Bow River! Close to everything and we walked most places. Clean and everything as it was written in the description. Very happy!
I liked how quiet it was in the apartment building, and going up to the 7th floor was duable. Beautiful view of the river. The bathroom tap sprayed alot, and some of the provided kitchen utensils and bakeware items were limited but overall I enjoyed my stay. I was able to walk to alot of different places.
The property was as advertised and the owner was very accommodating for check in. The view of the bow river was beautiful. The only thing lacking was the bathroom only had 2 towels , no wash rags at all. Overall lovely property.
Great communication. Very clean property. Very close to downtown. 1 mile from the BMO center. If I ever come back to Calgary, I would book this one again in a heartbeat.
Gary was great at communicating. Check in process was confusing. No plug for bath tub. No cable tv or Kleenex. Laundry was excellent. WiFi worked well.
Pros: check in went smooth, instructions were very easy to follow, location is nice if you want to be walking distance to downtown and restaurants, view of bow river was very nice and the place had all the essentials. Cons: bed was like sleeping on concrete, ac didnt work so we had windows all open which had no screens so you heard all the outside noise (bums & drunks), they offer underground parking which you have to pay in advance which we didnt know before we got there so that caused a bit of delay and we found a crack pipe in the couch. We would personally never stay there again.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The overall unit was great , location great, set up of unit great but the cleanliness of the place was below par. The oven was dirty carpet in the general seating area needed some serious cleaning. Laundry area had a build up of general filth. Fluff, dust etc.
I thought this was a great value. Right next to the river and riverwalk. 6 blocks from 8th Ave walking Blvd. great for staying if at a conference. TV didn’t work but no biggie (as far as I could tell need to hook your own device up to stream).
Couldn’t use the balcony since a mama pigeon was nesting/nursing her two babies out there. It was cute to observe so no big deal. Great value for what it cost me.
Place looked great however the kitchen sink leaked the faucet sprayed everywhere, gross balcony coved in pigeon poop with a balcony door that wouldn’t lock. And the lamp in the bedroom was broken.

The view of the river was absolutely amazing, and the host was always quick to respond, which I appreciated. The easy self check-in was also a plus. It’s kind of sad, because this apartment could have so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not well maintained. There were numerous stains on the floor, broken tiles in the bathroom and kitchen, and poorly patched holes in the door. The bedding had holes, and the towels were dirty and still wet, so I had to wash them before using them. The kitchen had only the very basics, and the overall cleanliness was lacking — I even found belongings from previous tenants behind the couch. The location also comes with challenges, as there’s a drop-in center around the corner. I saw homeless individuals in the area, including one searching through the garbage bin outside for food. Some other tenants had loud parties all night, and traffic noise was constant, so light sleepers might find it difficult to rest.Sadly, despite the great view, responsive host, and easy check-in, I wouldn’t stay here again.
