"We enjoyed the place Nd the location to everything. The place had some repair issues that needed addressed, especially the top step on the way to the middle landing which was not completely nailed down. Drawers in the downstairs bathroom were off track and not functioning and my daughter was hit on the head by a falling window rod cover that was taped in place. Oytherwise several of the pots and pans were rusty beyond useable and the dishes were not all cleaned very well. "

"The house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving stay. The location worked great for our needs. It was close to everything we needed. The host was great at communicating and when there was a small issue in the kitchen, it was resolved quickly."

"6 of us stayed in this house for a long weekend getaway. The house was just as listed, very clean and close to a lot of fun bars and great restaurants. Although we didn’t have the best weather, we were still able to enjoy the great deck with a view of the water. It was nice sitting outside in the morning with our coffee. There wasn’t a conventional coffee pot, only a Kurtis, so you may want to bring your own k cups. I felt very safe in the area around the house and the water is just across the...

"Everything about the Kingfisher Beach House in POC was perfect! Our Family loved spending time together relaxing, cooking, & taking in the views. The kitchen was perfect for cooking, the living area with the awesome sectional couch comfy, bedrooms and hallway bunks comfortable, & the outdoor seating wonderful for visiting. Our Family loved this house! "

"The property was very clean. Only suggestion I have is more tvs. Only one tv hard when you have children and they need better WiFi. Kept loosing signal on tv. Other than that it was very nice. I would absolutely stay again."
