It is a basic hotel very close to the airport (1/2 mile). Every thing was good but the air conditioning. It didn't cool the room. In this area of the city the temperature during the day could be 33 Celsius and at night 25 Celsius. The room was at those 25 or more. The airconditioning was blowing basically hot air. It didn't cool at all. I was at the hotel yesterday, Dic 10. I got room 517

My biggest complaint was getting billed by Expedia then having to pay again at the hotel. Expedia was unable to have the hotel reimburse me and would not refund my payment to them. The hotel was overpriced at the original cost
