The staff was really helpful. It's really close to the center of the city and the restaurants zone of San Antonio, you just have to walk a couple of blocks.

Todo estuvo muy bien pero a la hora de cancelar el precio... me cobraron mas de lo que decía la reserva... Y era dinero que no tenia presupuestado y justo me gusta reservar para saber cuanto tengo que pagar... el precio subió y eso no me gustó.

En general el alojamiento estuvo bien. Mi único es que deberían mejorar el desayuno, la verdad no era para nada rico. El jugo de naranja estuvo aguado y al día siguiente muy fuerte. Deberían mejorar la alimentación y además ofrecer algo más de comer tipo snack para poder picar algo en la noche.

El hotel tiene muy buen servicio,únicamente un poco reducido el baño, pero en general te ofren un trato excelente sobre todo la recepcionista Erica y esta ubicado en la principal avenida de Cali.

Me gusto por q las instalaciones son nuevas, la gente son amables algunos no todos, el desayuno donde generalmente es hasta las 10 am allá es hasta las 9 30.... El parqueadero queda a una cuadra del hotel eso no es muy cómodo.
