"Great customer service by "Greg" my walk in to the hotel i felt welcome. As soon I walk to the lobby he welcome me in with a big smile. He told me if had been to downtown bakersfield before and advised me to keep my personal and expensive items in the hotel. That made me think that he looks out for his customers. The stay and room was 💯 satisfy. I will return back to the hotel on my next visit to bakersfield."

"The place was perfect for a place to stay while our truck was in the shop. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was firm, but still more comfortable than other motels I have been to. The only thing I didn’t like was that the shower didn’t have a curtain and wasn’t deep enough to keep water from getting all over the floor, but it was functional. The area is not very pretty and has homeless down the block so if you are a woman staying alone I wouldn’t recommend it."
