"The staff was very friendly from checking in to breakfast staff. Room was clean , spacious and comfortable. Nice and clean surroundings. Breakfast room was a great experience , perfect for Disney mornings with kids and teenagers. Definitely recommended. Will stay here again."

"We were greeted by the younger Scott working the front desk and he was very friendly. He helped us get our parking and room set up. We liked the room and loved the walk in shower. The hotel was convenient and within walking distance to may attractions in the Gaslamp district. Only negative is the parking lot was very small, difficult to get in and out of, and expensive. $40 per night self parking or $50 for Valet."

"Best part about the hotel is the night auditor Stephanie, she has amazing customer service skills and i keep returning because she impresses me every time. Rooms are clean and medium firm beds, good wifi, good black out curtains, windows can be opened in the room, close to union square close to subway and cable cars! Wheel chair accessible hotel"
