"We found the place unique and loved it for that. An apartment in an old building with great character. We did find it a little dark but otherwise it met our needs for our stay. It was well located and large in size so plenty of room for our things without tripping over them. It was a surprise to have a daily service ensuring we always had towels and supplies. We were very happy with our stay."

"Having a car, this was very convenient to stay outside of the walls in order to avoid tight streets and traffic but still close enough to walk to (about 8 minutes). "The apartment is located away from the bustle and very close to the sea, it is well equipped and very well kept. You fill you are at home and not in a cold rented place. We stayed in September and the area was extremely quite and enjoyable. The owner is as pleasant as can be and extremely responsive. "This place was such a disappointment. It is well-situated in the old, beautiful part of Lecce, but it is poorly cared-for. The floor was dirty when we arrived, and somebody left a cigarette on the nightstand. There were stains on the headboard (from people's heads, I guess), which was pretty gross. Check in was a bit confusing they accidentally emailed me wrong directions/location and we walked to wrong location, but they did their best and straightened it out quickly. Only possible negatives some might have were a long set of narrow stairs to room and relatively small shower. But we were happy here as these things sometimes come with older, interesting buildings like this"
