This is a very cute boutique hotel. It’s directly on the main strip of downtown Calistoga so everything is within walking distance. The pool was so warm (perfect temperature) the hot spring hot tub was amazing. Very cute and quaint. Will definitely stay here again.

We have been here many times. Great property. I would recommend changing up the morning coffee and pastries. It’s been the same three slices of loaf for over three years…there is a nice bakery down the street I would recommend instead. Otherwise, it was once again a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Lovely art deco boutique hotel. Lots of restaurant options near by, shopping, cafes, and spas. The hotel staff were friendly and hospitable. 30 min car ride to Napa and the Santa Rosa Airport. We didn’t rent a car due to minimal parking around the hotel based on other reviews so made the choice to utilize Uber to travel to nearby Wineries which was convenient.

It's an old, albeit historic, hotel. The rooms were advertised as upgraded and furnished in a "period" motif when in fact it was just old, used furniture. Front desk staff ranged from helpful to indifferent. There's really no parking on premises; I was fortunate to be able to park on the street overnight in front of the hotel because of my disability placard. All in all I was disappointed and would not stay there again.

I was hoping this would be a good hotel given its location, but...First they have no parking whatsoever for the property. They tell you that you can park on the street, but you have to keep moving your car. There's public parking down the street, but you still have to keep moving your car. The option they sau is best is to park somewhere in the residential area a block behind the hotel. But residents park there and everyone else in the the hotel so you may be a ways away from the hotel. There's no elevator, so you carry all your luggage up the stairs. They advertise continental breakfast but there isn't any. They bring you a couple cups of coffee and a couple pieces of bread to your room in the morning. No choices, they just give you what they have. Fortunately there is a restaurant a block away. Worst, is half the hotel has rooms right up against an outside bar so if you had any ideas of going to be early forget it. They are open (and loud) until 10-11pm each night we were there. Finally, we booked a 'suite'. This suite had only a queen bed and a very small bathroom with no vanity, just a sink that is so close to the toilet my wife bumped her head on it. Some of the staff were very nice, others not to personable. Had I realized about the outside bar, the parking situation, etc, I would have never stayed there. It's too bad because they have a location right on Lincoln Ave,

Great location, very spacious double queen suite. Loved the whirlpool. Was excited for breakfast included and delivered to our room. Very disappointed that it was banana bread and cuties.

Very nice and helpful front desk staff. Room was nice, but hairs on the bed and in the bathroom. The bathroom sink also had a sticky stain on it, that was pretty obvious. All little things, but something to pay attention to for house keeping.
