"We stayed in a newly renovated 3 bedroom private pool villa on half board and the overall experience was absolutely incredible. From the moment we checked in at the Villa reception, Suren made us feel most welcome and provided excellent service. The villa, service, food, facilities & staff were exceptional. Everyone was welcoming, warm and friendly. Jessen, our favourite Villa Master always went out of his way to make our stay the most memorable. His attention to detail is unfathomable - always accomodating, lovely and kind. We were celebrating a birthday during our stay and without hesitation Suren and Jessen organised a birthday cake! Their kindness added to the charm and warm atmosphere around the resort. It was a pleasure to be greeted with smiles from every staff member we encountered. Kailash, our buggy driver scooted all of us around the resort on multiple occasions and was always a pleasure to be around. Marvin from the bar looked after us every time and provided amazing service. The food & service across all the restaurants were fantastic, every meal was amazing! We enjoyed the spa, sauna, private pool, mini golf, bar area, kids club, Citronelle restaurant & of course the beach! We did not get a chance to go snorkelling or water skiing due to weather conditions, but it gives us one more reason to come back next time. A special thank you Jessen, Suren, Marvin and Kailash for making us feel so welcome and for their continued support and kindness during our stay!"

The receptionist Leticia was always smiling, the staff at cafe Lux, Neelam and Sylvano have excellent customer care, the barman Mr R Jhuree always approachable and friendly, with a great smile and has excellent communication skills. The main restaurant staff were excellent and the food choices for breakfast and dinner were excellent, the whole family enjoyed it as the spread had a great selection🇲🇺. The facilities within the hotel is excellent. We had an excellent family break."

"From arrival to departure,we always were greeted with a smile and utmost courtesy. The property is kept in pristine condition, various pool areas to suit family ,couples etc. The all inclusive options are excellent value. We got to chat with Mr Sachi Bundun( hope I got his name right !!) as he oversaw the personnel at meal times .He answered our queries and happy to throw in his suggestions. We also want to commend Lensley who was always on hand to check if we needed drinks topped up by the bar or by the pool,always polite and happy to engage in conversation. Last but certainly not least ,I chose the hotel for the eco friendly attitude and I was not disappointed. The hotel is striving to educate guests on the importance of sustainable tourism, unnecessary wastage, banning the use of single use plastic. We will definitely be returning to Zilwa . Thank you "
