"The room was large, decor was interesting and overlooking the garden/pool area (although you cannot see the pool from the room). Dinner was great at €30 per person. The property is very pretty in a quiet area although quite close to the main road so you can still hear the cars. We were given towels for the pool. And the pool is very nice, and gorgeous at sunset. There was a bad smell coming from the ensuite. The AC was very noisy (crackling and popping sounds all through the night) that woke us...

"Laura is a superb host. Her meals are not to be missed. Location is isolated and peaceful, yet driveable to Mt. Etna, Catania and Siracusa. And there are views of Etna from right on the property. We shall return."

"This is an AgriTourismo establishment built around a working vineyard. The accommodation is sited uphill from the main establishment (500m above sea level) and has in front of it a lap pool ranging from ankle-deep to 2m, there is a ramp enabling less able clients to access the pool easily. "The property is very beautiful and the views of the sea from the slope of the Etna are spectacular. Very quiet, comfortable accommodations, very nice swimming pool. The location is excellent, a short drive to the sea and also close to Taormina and Catania, which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would love to go back for a longer stay."

"This place was lovely, right on the slopes of mount Etna. Guiseppe and Louisa were fantastic hosts and were very friendly and helpful. Good set up of our apartment with separate living space to bedroom with lots of room. Only downside was small shower and no AC. On the day we were leaving they were quite happy for us to take our time as room was free for that day so woke up late and after sorting ourselves out we took a tour of the winery. Guiseppe is a 6th gen wine maker who is making wine...

"Very friendly and very serene"

"What a lovely place to spend a leisurely afternoon and evening. Dinner was spectacular and so reasonably priced. We took a couple walks and sat outside on our lovely patio area. One warning though -- do NOT leave your shoes or any clothing outside. We had a pair of drying socks and shoes and a bra munched on (one shoe was actually taken away to be found completely demolished the following morning) by the cute but wily Sicilian foxes living onsite! They were pretty bold and we needed to make lots...
