We asked for a room near the lift as my mum can’t walk far and this was ignored 🙄 not enough staff and room keys often didn’t work so had to wait 20/30 mins at reception many times

Positive: nice view from balkony, daily activities within the hotel to stay entertained for both adults and kids, service and personnel were helpful and cheerful, location near beach, pools and bars were good, breakfast lunch and dinner really worth the money with different choices daily Negative: the room was not the most advanced in terms of equipment, the gym was also lacking some major equipment for a full workout

Wonderfully clean and fresh hotel with a few elements of disorganisation that were frustrating at time. E.g. our hotel was cleaned but towels not replaced. We also missed our flight out there and were not immediately checked in despite it not being peak season. Staff on front desk seemed flustered. For the price though, a wonderful stay and were always able to get a sun lounger. All inclusive drinks on tap!

he reception staff are not polite at all specialy the gay with mustache, and the girl call Dinya , we complained about the room there was a lot of ants and the conditioner was leaking , but she ignored us........the service is very bad and the BF is not delicious at all. Last time in this hotel.

This property has no life at all. Rooms are old,staff rude,no entertainment at all. The hotel doesn't have a license for the music so the are not allowed even to put some music by the pool area. The only good thing is the food. The drinks are again very bad and if you are asking for a alcohol shot they won't give you even if you booked an all inclusive. Very disappointed Worst hotel in Palma de Mallorca so far.

Not enough staff in the meal area -the first week we all had to search for cutlery both breakfast/dinner Tables were backed up with used plates-got better the second week. i had booked a Superior room with sea view-as we were on the second floor -we could see bits of the sea through trees.we had no kettle nor mini fridge-did asked to be moved but they declined--i asked a cleaner if this was a Superior she said NO?? on booking in they asked who i booked through and there was raised eyebrows when i told them EXPEDIA-they asked to see our bookig form then took a photo copy-this has never happened before-i go on holidays 3 times a year

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt. Essen ist gut, jedoch keine Kulinarik, die erwartet werden sollte. Eben solide Hotelküche. Personal sehr nett, ob am Empfang , der Bar oder das Reinigungspersonal. Pools waren alle sauber, sowie insgesamt die Anlage. Betten bequem. Wir können das All In Gold Bändchen für 10€ am Tag absolut empfehlen. Gibt’s am Empfang. Direkte Strandlage und viele Bars/ Restaurants nahe gelegen. Die Gegend würden als junges Paar vorerst nicht nochmals wählen. Es liegt immer am eigenen Interesse und Geschmack wie der Urlaub sein soll.

Trevligt hotell med fin utsikt mot havet och bukten ftån balkongen på 8:e våningen. Mycket att välja på vid frukostbuffén. Dock lite jobbigt med hög ljudnivå i matsalen. Bättre att sitta ute men då lite problem med fåglar. Väldigt bra att nära en fin och fräsch strand.

Sehr großes Hotel, Top-Lage!
Ein absoluter Pluspunkt ist die nicht zu toppende Lage direkt am Strand in Paguera vor allem der Blick vom Balkon aus sehr traumhaft. Ebenso ist das Zimmer sehr schön wie auf dem Hotelfoto. Die Matratze ist für mich nur leider extrem hart und für mich sehr unkomfortabel, wenn man schon "Rücken" hat. Das Personal ist trotz der teils großen Menschenmassen immer sehr freundlich, egal ob Zimmermädchen, Rezeption oder am Frühstück. Hatte nie den Eindruck, dass da jemand nicht weiß was er tut. Man muss sich halt bewusst sein was man bucht. Es ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel. 400(?) belegte Zimmer und dessen Gäste kommen auch frühstücken, da ist es klar was in dem großen Frühstücksraum für eine Atmosphäre herrscht. Hat aber eben auch ein Vorteil, gibt immer was anzunehmen, abends immer eine Entertainmentveranstaltung, die war immer sehr amüsierend. Preis- Leistung ist in jedem Fall ok! Und deshalb sind wir auch ein zweites mal dagewesen. Vielen Dank an das Beverly Playa Team für die liebe Geburtstagsüberraschung, die ihr uns ins Zimmer gebracht habt. :-)

Schlecht - Tiefkühlkost überwiegend beim Essen - Zu wenig Personal - Kein Abzug im Badezimmer - Klimaanlage tropft - Instandhaltung schlecht (Bad Tür quillt auf, lauter Kratzer und Dellen am Bett und Möbel) - Keine Wasserflaschen auf Zimmer - Keinen Wasserkocher auf Zimmer, nur gegen 14€/Woche Aufpreis - Trinken nur aus Papp Bechern, auch Kaffee - Getränke holen Am anderen Ende des Hotels da nur eine Bar offen hatte - Kaffee schmeckt nicht - Wenn essen leer war, in der Hälfte der Essenszeit wurde es nicht aufgefüllt (Frühstück von 7.30-10 Uhr und ab 8.30 Uhr kein Toast mehr und Brötchen mehr ) - Getränke durften nicht mitgenommen werden (nicht mal Kaffee aus papierbechern) - Sterilisation für Babyflaschen wurde angeboten, war aber nur für Mikrowelle und sie hatten keine Milkrowelle - Bettdecke ohne Bezug auch auf Nachfrage : es gibt keinen Gut - Laktosefreie Milch - Schöner Ausblick vom Zimmer (bei auf Preis )

L’hôtel est top, le personnel adorable et investi ! La localisation est exceptionnelle ! Le buffet n’est pas incroyable mais il y a du choix et tous les repas ne se ressemblent pas ! (Les cocktails en tout compris ne sont pas fait maison) Je recommande cet établissement !!! Piscine superbe, spot magnifique ! Petit hic pour la partie ménage, mes draps n’ont pas été changé en dix jours et le petit coucou de la femme de ménage lorsque j’étais sous la douche 😂. Les personnes à la réception sont des amours !
