"It was a nice quite property with an amazing view of the ocean. The hotel has its own shuttle service that can take you to Funchal but also across the street is public bus that is more frequent. Close by is also a swimming area as well as snorkeling equipment rental that you could get to jump in the ocean. The property has nice clean pools, sauna, spa and hammam which we really enjoy. "

I was pleasantly surprised by daily room cleaning and towel change, as well as common kitchen where you can get utensils and plates. The building is in the old district so it's not the most modern, which goes for furniture as well. Everything was functional, the beds were comfortable. However, our room was facing street often get woke up by the traffic. They had Christmas party at roof top was sooo loud with none stop music at 3am.
