The view from the balcony was quite poor, and below the window there was a lot of rubbish on the roof from renovation work. A pity, because otherwise for us the room was fine and good value. "

"I think its been the best hotel ive had in my multi-city europe trip so far. Unlike others, the reception staff welcome you with a smile, be helpful and even make you feel comfortable. The room was so decent and relaxing that i chose to stay in the room for a whole day to rest and relax instead of exploring the city. Good shower space, really comfortable bed and TV made it great. Not a smart TV, so bring a HDMI or something to watch your shows. Accessibility wise, just 7min walk to Venezia...

"Positive: Conveniently close (we hauled our luggage) to the Trenitalia station that connects to Trieste (cruise ship port). A variety of small restaurants within walking distance in case you have a late flight arrival. Negative: you climb stairs from the street level to the lobby level. From the lobby, there are more levels to climb to your room. No elevator, in case you are hauling your luggage yourself."

"A group of us stayed at this hotel rather than in Venice as it was much more cost effective. Only a 10 min walk from the Mestre train station or just over the road the 4L bus gets you to Venice in 20 mins. The room was spotless and the cleaner did a great job. Breakfast was ok and the bar staff were super efficient. We will stay again next year. "
