Come enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean and the gorgeous sunsets at the beautiful Pacific Breeze. This bright open floor plan home is a great place to relax and unwind. Enjoy an afternoon glass of wine on the front deck, or your morning coffee on the back deck while watching the sun rise over the trees.

This home offers 3 bedroom, and two full baths. The primary bedroom, with a king bed, and one bathroom are upstairs on the main floor along with the open concept living space and kitchen. A large deck off this level looks out over the yard, the front deck looks towards the ocean. Downstairs is the entry and two queen bedrooms with a shared full bath. A large fenced yard with several seating areas extends your living space into the beautiful outdoors. A perfect place to enjoy sunset with your furry friend.


Located only two blocks from the ocean and two blocks from Lampton Cliffs Park. You are also only a short walk to Fiscalini Ranch which offers many hiking trails including a beautiful bluff boardwalk. In addition, downtown is only a few minutes' drive away, where you will find many fine boutiques and fabulous restaurants.
This home truly has something for everyone. Dog friendly too!

When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast you will have many options close by. Hearst Castle and Hearst Winery, perched above the San Simeon Cove, are a short drive up the coast, and the famed Paso Robles wine country is a quick drive east. Charming San Luis Obispo is a 45-minute drive south and the Big Sur Coast is at your doorstep heading north. Cambria is the perfect starting off point for countless adventures.

Its bigger than we need, but we will continue to go back because of the location, dog friendliness, and attention to detail. The owners have great taste and each room is well appointed, and the kitchen well stocked. Only thing I have a bit of trouble with is the firmness of the beds—-but they are good quality and the linens beautiful so thats a non-issue in terms of us coming back.

Perfect Getaway
Just a very, very nice home. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated with just enough accent pieces to make it feel like home. Well equipped with everything needed from kitchen to family entertainment. Easy access to ocean front and great walking trail options. Quiet neighborhood with very minimal traffic yet short easy drive into town for shopping and eateries. I would highly recommend to others and would plan for future visits without hesitation.

The neighborhood is our favorite in Cambria, just blocks from Fiscalini Preserve and the ocean. The house has a lovely primary bedroom upstairs where there is also the living room, dining and the kitchen. Downstairs are two simple bedrooms and the garage with a bunk bed. The house is well maintained and has an informal feel. The best part for us is that it is dog friendly with a large fenced yard. We enjoyed our dog walks into the preserve or simply sitting by the ocean. We would stay again.

The house was clean and perfectly located just steps from Tide pools and easy 1/2 mile walk to a nature preserve along the beach. The rules are simple and fair, the neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed putting puzzles together and watching the sunset from the balcony. There is a couch that sits two comfortably and allows you to extend your legs. There are two cushioned swivel chairs that are fine for short term sitting but not comfortable for long term. In my opinion the house did not have adequate comfortable seating for six people. Regardless we would stay again. It was great. We were given the wrong keys upon check in and the correct keys were delivered within 15 minutes. They truly care about your stay!!

Beautiful home in Cambria
The yard of this home was stunning. Our puppy love it, and it would’ve been wonderful to sit outside and eat dinner and play games. The house is a little smaller than I thought it would be, but it is furnished to maximize the space. No real complaints. The only one very very minor issue was that sound does really carry throughout the house and so you could hear a lot of what was going on throughout the house. We were able to walk down to the beach, and up to the walking paths through Fiscalini reserve. There were deer absolutely everywhere and they even walked up to us in the backyard. We ended up spending our entire stay indoors because it happened to rain during our whole trip, but we had a good time. A few minor issues were there wasn’t a lot of surface space to do things on, the dining table has a wobbly surface and so we couldn’t really play dominoes on it and some things would slide off of it. Also, we were able to find the property management location no problem (and they were very nice) to get the key, but we had to cut our time up in Pismo Beach short to get back to pick up the key before the office closed. So many rentals now just give you a code to get in and out of the location, which I find much more convenient. Overall, it was a really awesome house to stay in

It was okay
First, after booking, I was asked to mail a check to pay the balance due rather than paying through VRBO which was odd, plus I don’t have checks and then I had to pick up the key and drop it off! So crazy in this technological-driven era and there was a keyless entry deadbolt on the front door! The property manager did give us a nice bottle of wine when I picked up the key. They also gave us a Netflix login that failed to work. Why not just leave the device connected to their tv logged in for guests? As far as amenities, don’t expect much like coffee or shower gel etc as that won’t be there and the grocery store options are very minimal so maybe plan to shop before arriving. The neighborhood is quiet and the ocean lookout point is a very close walk. However, the drive to downtown was more than we anticipated. Overall, it was an okay experience but I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to friends and family.

It is just a short walk to Fiscalini Preserve, which offers endless trails and ocean views. We appreciated having a beautifully landscaped, fenced backyard for our puppy pal. The home is lovely, warm, and welcoming. We arrived early, our error, and Breen got us in a day early. Thank you.Instructions for the TV would be helpful, the BBQ grill needs repair, and the garage door could be sealed to protect against leaking from the rain.
