"This unit is just outside the city centre and around the corner from a car park, so the location couldn’t have been better. It was well-equipped with all you need for a short stay. Things to keep in mind however, it was very very warm at night due to the heat wave and it being a top floor unit without air conditioning. We were able to make do, but if anyone in your group is particularly sensitive to heat, I might look elsewhere for a summertime accommodation. Also the switches were a bit tricky,...

Could not contact host for check in instructions dispute numerous attempts by myself and hotels.com. Therefore never got access to property and now am being refused a refund. Host insists they emailed us which is totally untrue and just a reason to keep my money. How can they make me pay for something they know they did not provide. "

Slightly inconvenient that you have to call the management company 1 hour in advance ilof arriving so that they can send an agent with keys; I would have preferred an access code sent electronically. The way to the apartment number 7 is through a narrow passage and then one floor up to the roof where the Den is situated.We had some difficulties in carrying our luggage up the stairs.It would have been better if this was mentioned earlier. "With parking, central location, easy access and a clean and expansive apartment, we were very pleased. Everything worked well. The apartment was stocked with the right utensils. The only suggestion would be to have specific instructions on how to work the washer/dryer for small loads. Couldn't figure out an adequate drying cycle. "Most of Westminster College is used for students. The room was comfortable and had a mini kitchen. The breakfast included in the cost of the room is a full English breakfast, and was excellent. Be aware that the rooms are not cleaned daily - you can expect rooms to be cleaned every 3 days, however you can get extra supplies from Reception. I highly recommend the property."
