A beautiful, warm house with on street parking is available for long term and short term lets.

It is 5 minutes drive to Cambridge Business & Science parks , 5 minutes drive to Jesus Green and Midsummer Common, 5 minutes drive to Cambridge North station, 8 minutes drive to historical Cambridge city centre and its colleges and 10 minutes drive to Cambridge station.

Ideal for families & professionals, the house benefits from tastefully designed interiors, bright rooms, garden and free parking.

Arranged on 3 floors with 4 bedrooms and 1 family bathroom, 1 ensuite & 1 WC, back garden, fully equipped kitchen and fully furnished lounge with TV & brand new furniture.

On the ground floor, there is WC, laundry room & a bedroom with single bed and a bedside table and a door opening into the back garden.

On the 1st floor, the kitchen is fitted with appliances including hob with grill and oven, fridge–freezer and microwave. The kitchen is fully functional from day one!

The lounge has a TWO sofa beds with coffee table & a TV. There is a glass top dining table with 6 chairs is kept on the other side of the lounge.

There is high speed WIFI available throughout the house.

On the 2nd floor, there is a master bedroom with king size bed & an ensuite, a wardrobe with two bedside tables & 2 beautiful & colourful table lamps.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds with one bedside table & one beautiful & colourful table lamp. There is a clothes hanger with cover.

The 4th bedroom has 2 single beds with one bedside table & one beautiful & colourful table lamp. There is a clothes hanger with cover.

There is also a family bathroom with a bath & shower & a toilet.

An on street parking is also available for parking your vehicle.
