Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Upon my arrival at the hotel, I encountered a disappointing experience at the front desk. The staff member, appeared to communicate in a somewhat dismissive manner. When I inquired about the possibility of checking in early, her response was less than accommodating. After some discussion, she permitted the early check-in, but I was assigned to a room that was not properly serviced; it was unclean and lacked adequate heating, leaving it extremely cold.
Despite my efforts to adjust the heating settings, the room remained uncomfortable. When I expressed my concerns, the response I received suggested that I simply use additional blankets, which did not address my discomfort. As a result of this unsatisfactory experience, I made the decision to relocate to a different hotel that prioritizes guest comfort and cleanliness.
Furthermore, I encountered difficulties when attempting to cancel my reservation. The Expedia app malfunctioned, preventing me from finalizing the cancellation until after the applicable window had closed. Overall, this experience has been quite disappointing, and I have decided not to return to this hotel or consider any of its affiliated partners in the future. While I wish I could rate my experience lower than one star, that is the minimum rating available.
