"The hairdryer was not working, ensured it was plugged in , pushed the reset button, the test button etc. Then called front desk and she said she can’t do anything, she has no clue where the hair dryers were and no clue as to where to look. I asked for maintenance.. she said no maintenance worker. ..."

"It is very quiet at the cottage, particularly in the rain, and we got the downtime that we needed reading, sitting on the deck when it wasn't raining, watching movies.....it was definitely good for a getaway."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the KnotR Lake cottage. It was so clean and meticulously decorated! The view from the deck was beautiful and the area was centrally located to great food and to the Edinboro campus. Thank you for great communication and fantastic stay!"
