"I arrived the property which is right off the road, not gated and looks like someone's house in a compound. Noticed lights were flickering, when i asked the lady who was really nice what is going on? She said they have had low voltage and it should be good in a short while. So i went upstairs, noticed the window which backed to bushes was open to let air into the room, the concept was nice but room smelled musty.
