"We had a very enjoyable stay at La Joya. Despite the flooding of only a few days before, the property was in an excellent condition and the access roads were fine. Jose and his family were very helpful with the few minor problems that we had and they sorted them immediately. We would definitely look to stay there again if we are coming to the area. "The property is amazing, it's so isolated and quiet exactly what we wanted. The host was lovely and he showed us around the cottage and explained everything in details. You can tell he takes a great pride in his property. The pool was lovely and it had a great location up on a hill, in the sun all day. The kitchen was well equipped, it had a massive fridge/freezer and all the essentials for prepping meals. We would highly recommend. Gracias!"

"For the price in the Central location. This place is perfect. It’s a neat old building. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This place helped me save money and be right downtown. Our room was extremely clean and we had none of the concerns that I saw in comments from other people. I would stay here again. Get churros snd chocolate across the street for breakfast at the Hotel Castilla. They really do them well. "

"Firstly, the breakfast pastries are some of the best pastries I’ve had in my life. (And trust me when I say I’ve had many pastries before today) crisp on the outside, feather soft on the inside. Dinner in the hotels restaurant was delicious!! The lamb shoulder was recommended and did not disappoint. The staff were soooo helpful, gave excellent advice re the hike. Super kind and friendly. Thank you to you all! The room was clean and bed comfy. Would absolutely stay again should I do the hike again. "
