"I can honestly say I've never stayed in a cabin without a restroom or electricity and I heated it with the wood they provided which was very funlight were propane lights, lit with a match. However the drive up and down the Mt. Was at the least, not for the faint of heart...very rough on my car."

"I shared a spacious room with my 2 adult kids at Lazy J"s and we were very comfortable. 2 queens AND 2 singles . Clean comfortable bedding, extra blankets (our trip was in Nov) , enough towels in the bathroom. Maid service replaced everything correctly each day. We drove up from LA and arrived at 8:45 pm but were still welcomed at reception.Very friendly atmosphere. Parked right in front of our room. As it was dark when we arrived we had no idea what lovely views would greet us the next day....

"Great cabin. Off the grid. 0 service. Bring lots of flashlights incase power goes out/off. Dont get too much groceries at a time only what will fit in mini fridge. Very very thin, winding, narrow 8 mileish road to get up there. Mentally prepare for that! But the view is beautiful. Bed frame was very noisy for a light sleeper but the bed was comfortable. If you’re used to more support definitely bring your own pillows! Great communication from the owners. Quiet besides critters. Beautiful stars. "

"This place was perfect for our needs! It was a great size, the beds were super comfortable and it was clean and quiet. There was plenty of outdoor space (along with deer sightings) and the wifi was speedy, which was great since cell reception is a bit spotty. The only negative I could say was the water from the tap tasted awful. We ended up buying our own water for drinking and teeth brushing so I'd say bring water with you. Would definitely recommend and would stay again! Thank you!"
