We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Janee was very friendly at check-in. Had an issue getting the TV to work. Janee helped resolved that, but then there was a constant high-pitched noise coming from the TV. Janee switched rooms for us promptly. In fact, any time we went through the lobby, we were greeted and asked if we needed anything. The hotel communicated via text and asked if there was anything we needed. Since COVID, most hotels don't change towels during your stay. We were surprised that upon returning to our room, we had fresh towels. Room had a microwave and fridge. When traveling, especially if you are driving through multiple states, it is hard to know the local time. The microwave time was set to local time and the room had an alarm clock plus an additional clock on the desk. I appreciated being able to look up and know the local time!

Missing some conveniences such as an elevator (see me dragging a 30kg bag up a flight of stairs) and no vending machine when desperate for a Coke. But those are first world problems, it was pretty good for what we paid. Nice location and nice staff, near to amenities and had a comfy bed. Bathroom a little like a sauna.
