"A unique type of "hotel". The room concept with a shared kitchen was great. You received biscuits and coffee but the equipment to have your own breakfast as well as space in a common fridge. "This hotel is not even close rating 4 stars. It needs a major face lift: mold/dirt on balconies outside, inside the vinyl furniture is torn or has holes in many places and housekeeping took our extra pillows saying we were not allowed to have them! We couldn’t understand why the place was mostly empty, but we stayed mid-week, and the place clearly caters to Italians (even the spa menu was only in Italian). "This property is in an awkward area that is not bad but not "pretty". The air conditioning hardly cooled the room and was an older unit. Definitely should be updated. All this being said, the staff was AMAZING, the breakfast was FABULOUS, the amenities were better than 4 star hotels that I have stayed in and everything was super clean.
