Surrounded by a small romantic forest you will discover the beauty and comfort of a home that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience.
This cozy, one-storey villa with a size of 70m2 counts with 2 bedrooms; ideal for couples with children or small groups of friends. One of the bedrooms is fitted with a double bed; the second one is equipped with 2 single beds. There is 1 bathroom with shower cabin (walk in shower).

The house has no garden with lawn; there is a natural garden area with trees and a spacious terrace (approx. 110 m2), a table and seats. The chlorine pool with a size of 6 meters x 5 meters is the perfect place for all the sun lovers of you. The pool is a real jewel and is integrated perfectly into the scenery. There are 4 sun loungers and one sunshade. The pool area, the terrace and the whole plot lie romantic surrounded by a small forest; which means that it is a very quiet and private place. There are also animals near the villa and “Miquelet” the friendly donkey welcomes all of his guests.

There are 2 entrances from the terrace to the house, one to the kitchen and the second one to the living area, which is equipped with a cozy sofa, a dining table with 6 chairs and satellite TV. The open-plan kitchen counts with everything you will need for your holidays: a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, fridge, a pantry and much more. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. For the winter season, the house counts with central heating. Pets are on request, please ask before! The bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan each and there is an additional standing fan.

The nearest sandy beach, Puerto de Pollença, is about 19 km from the house. It is a fine sandy beach, which slopes gently into the sea. The surrounding mountains offer a beautiful contrast to the sea. Puerto de Pollença has a harbour where you can see everything from luxurious yachts to colourful little fishing boats. The harbour promenade is particularly beautiful, has a wide range of restaurants and invites you to linger.

In about 20 minutes by car you can reach the town of Pollença, which used to be popular with painters and artists. This influence can still be felt today and gives the town a unique flair. During the summer months, there is always something going on in Pollença and you can visit art exhibitions, concerts or festivals. In the charming main square, you can have a bite to eat in one of the many bars and restaurants and watch the lively hustle and bustle. Don't forget to visit the Romanesque Bridge as well as the small church of the "Calvari" hill. You reach this church by climbing 365 steps; however, the effort is rewarded with magnificent views over the town and the surrounding countryside. Sunday is market day in Pollença. At the market you have the opportunity to buy fresh food from the region as well as handmade products from the locals.

Little oasis of calm
Beautiful little villa, a lovely cocooning spot for some quality family time. The villa is comfortable and well equipped, and the pool fabulous, built into the rocky landscape and just big enough to swim.

Schöne Finka, leider etwas abgewirtschaftet.
Das Objekt entsprach unseren Vorstellungen und es handelt sich um eine schnuckelige Finka. Leider entsprechen die Bilder im Netz nicht mehr so ganz dem Begebenheiten vor Ort. Leider fehlte das Sonnensegel von der Terrasse und war durch ein schäbige Terrassenüberdachung ersetzt worden. Das Objekt roch beim Betreten sehr muffig, was auch durch intensives Lüften nicht behoben werden konnte, alle Türen waren verzogen und ließen sich nur schwer öffnen und schließen, das galt auch für die Schranktüren. Die Küche war leider schlecht organisiert, Spülmaschine und Kochtöpfe befanden sich in einem anderen Raum. Das Besteck und Geschirr war im Wohnzimmer untergebracht. Die Terrasse um den Pool war mit einer morschen Holzbrüstung gesichert. Diese brach nach leichter !! Berührung zusammen und hätte fast zu einem schweren Unfall geführt. Immerhin betrug die Absturzhöhe ca. 1,20m. Schade für das schöne Objekt.

Sehr schönes Landhäuschen mit ungewöhnlichem Pool, den man uneinsehbar ganz für sich alleine hat. Das Haus ist traditionell gebaut und entspricht genau den Bildern. Leider wurde in der Zeit unseres Aufenthalts unter der Strasse, die zur Finca führt, ein Stromkabel verlegt. Dies verursachte extremen Lärm und ziemlich viel Staub, und behinderte unsere Zufahrt zum Haus für ein paar Tage. Die Vermieterin bemühte sich sehr um eine Verbesserung, soweit es irgend möglich war; jedoch war auch Sie offensichtlich von den Strassenbauarbeiten überrascht worden und wusste erst durch unsere Anfrage davon. Die Strasse zur Finca ist auf den letzten 100 Metern nicht geteert; je nach Regen kann sie in einem so schlechten Zustand sein, dass man besser ein SUV oder geländegängiges Auto mietet. Wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder, das Haus, der Pool und die Lage ist ein Traum.

Real nice quiet place. Beautiful pool. House well equipped. Place do with some extra security.
We had difficulty in finding the home in pitch darkness at night with just GPS coordinates and Just a paper sign on the door. We didn’t feel secure at night with a gate that couldn’t be closed and no extra security and the place being very remote. For the price we paid these two complaints should be taken into account. I didn’t like the fact that we had two subcontracters below homeaway. Having said that subcontractor homerti was very responsieve to all our questions. For the rest great house and pool and surrounding area.
