The gentleman at the front desk gave me a run down on tge island across the harbour, the lighthouse and the whales! I really appreciated that. He also gave a referral to where to eat! The room was great. The continental breakfast was good with several options. There's a pool, mini golf and a nice courtyard right on the water. Very nice place to spend the night with my 2 cats!

Amazing location to water and easy drive to shops. Rooms are very old and in desperate need of refurbishment. Beds are comfy but bring your own pillow. Room has a microwave, fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast included (waffles, eggs, bacon or sausages, cereal, tea/coffee, cereals etc) Indoor pool, gym, mini golf, vending machines and self serve laundry. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Two night stay. Began great, ending terrible. Second morning trying to check out, no clerk around, had Head of Cleaning staff (Tonie) do up our bill. why do you add a $100 damage deposit and not advise customer of same. Second morning cook apparently sick, thus no breakfast no credit, no nothing. Customers could not even get a cup of coffee in office, WHY! NO manager. Sorry I am a due A $100 CREDIT.

Generally not bad for the price. Have to say Breakfast was excellent except that you need to eat it with wood utensils and on paper plates. Didn’t like the loft sleeping because it meant having to go down a flight of stairs to pee at night. Worst of all was the fleas! I guess we were just had the bad luck to check into a room that must have been recently vacated by a pet with fleas. In any case I had at least a dozen bites (itchy swollen bumps) all over my body the day we checked out. The hotel didn’t seem too worried when I called to report it.
