"The staff were really lovely and friendly. The room was great. Getting up the stairs with two really heavy suitcases was a little difficult but we coped. Having the bistro right next door was super convenient. Also having access to a laundry was just brilliant as we had already been away from home for well over a week and really needed to do some washing. "One night stay, got in an hour earlier which was great as our room was ready! We got the pool all to ourselves which was great! Pub was great attached to the resort. Plenty for the kids to do! Air conditioner in our room was a little weak but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! "

"This is an old grand beautiful hotel which is upgraded, so rooms are large and prices are reasonable. We had a two bedroom unit which was completely private with a large common area and bar-fridge/ coffee making etc. bedrooms were large with king sized beds. There are sockets for bedside lamps but there weren’t lamps, a minor fixable issue.
