Trams were conveniently situated across the road which meant a perfect location for the Botanic Gardens, Central Markets and Rundle Street. Our stay involved four nights on the first floor and on the afternoon of our return, prior to departing SA the following day, we spent a night on the second floor. The beds were wonderful on both levels but the second level was a cut above. Although the bathroom sinks need an upgrade on both levels, (and the bathroom as a whole on the first level,) we would enjoy staying there on a return visit. The positives by far exceeded any negatives. "
